I have many memories of your dad and mother. I think your mother came up to the high school to direct our junior or senior play. I met Lincoln many years later when I returned for a class reunion. He was at the CV Museum and we had a nice talk.

Hi Jim! Welcome to the CV blog. I'm looking forward to your piece about your dad. I have so many memories about both of your parents in my many visits to your house. I always felt welcome and enjoyed Margaret's friendship from the time I accidentally chipped her tooth right up to the present.
Being the little brother, you never had a chance. But I remember what an intellectual guy you were, and are still. Right?
