Cedar Vale Main Street
This historic photo of the main street of Cedar Vale shows the bank building on the left and L. C. Adams (now the museum) up the street on the right. (Click on the photo for an enlarged view.)
This is most interesting, on the left, across the street from LC Adam Merc. is the Baird Hotel. A large wooden two story bldg. wirh a pitched roof. None of us ever got to see that place, but it loomed large in the early history of CV. I refer you to the article in the 1976 CV Centennial book written by my uncle Harold. DFCox
